What I Ate Wednesday!

Breakfast
Same as always :)  Porridge with almond milk, 1/2 a banana, blueberries & cinnamon.  I also had a cup of lemon & ginger tea!


Lunch
I just mentioned this in my July Favourites post!  Ha ha ha!  Tomato soup with pasta and some fresh basil...made by Jofus ;)


Snack
Fresh strawberries with about 3 heaped tablespoons of Glenilen natural probiotic yoghurt. Served in my Disney princess bowl! ;)


Dinner
Sorry about the crappy camera quality -- these were taken with Jofus' phone as we went to my mom's house for dinner and didn't bring any cameras with us!  My sister made lentil patties (amazing!) and my mom made spinach sautéed in olive oil with garlic and my aunt bought & made this crazy new vegetable I had never heard of or tried before...it's called samphire.  Have any of you tried it?  It's actually really good!


Dessert
My mom made fruit salad with grapes, nectarines, plums, peaches, lime juice and mango/orange juice.  I had it with a dollop of whipped cream on top...mmm!!

Drinks
Aside from the cup of herbal tea this morning, about 4 cups of water.  I'm still working on the 2L a day thing...I will try and catch up tonight but that means I'll be peeing all evening, ha ha ha!
