Beauty Tuesday: My AM/PM Skincare Routine!

Since my last post on what's in my bathroom cabinet, I promised I'd do a more in-depth one on my skincare routine. So in the video below, I take you through step by step what I do every morning and evening. Here are the products I use!

Cleanse
The cleanser I use am & pm is Emma Hardie Amazing Face Moringa Cleansing Balm. This comes with a fluffy white facecloth which I use combined with the balm to take off my makeup at night.

Tone
I use two different toners - the one I use in the morning is Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Glow Pad because it has a hint of fake tan in it which gives me a bit more colour and helps match it up with the rest of my body. In the evening obviously I don't need fake tan so I use the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads.

Treatment
To treat my skin & help with acne/pigmentation/fine lines etc. I use Sunday Riley's Good Genes which was recommended to me by both Tanya and Caroline Hirons :)

Moisturise
Both my eye-cream and moisturiser are by Tata Harper. I use the Restorative Eye Creme and Rebuilding Moisturiser which is supposed to be good for acne-prone skin.

Be sure to check out my step-by-step tutorial of what I do every morning below and I hope that you enjoy!

  2. The cloth that comes with the cleanser looks so soft! My cloth that came with a Superdrug cleanser was so thin! I just use a flannel now, much nicer!

  5. Thank you for sharing this Anna. You always look so radiant and your skin so healthy so it's nice to get a sneak peak into how you do it.

I really want to try the Sunday Riley Good Genes Treatment but haven't quite brought myself to make the splurge yet! I've been thinking about getting the Emma Hardie balm too so it's good to see someone that uses it regularly so you must be pleased with it :)

  8. I find it hard to find a good moisturiser that won't cause my skin to break out. I love the one I use now so much, it heald my scars ( pigmented skin) La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo + it dosen't dry out my skin and it helped my skin so much. I can't say enough good things about it. I started to see results after 3-4 weeks.

  14. I have pretty combination skin so I think the stuff you use could work well for me too. I'll have to try the Dr. Gross toner. I use the Dr. Gross daily face peel pads every other day and it really helps to keep my skin looking fresh and younger. I highly recommend them!

  17. Hi lovely Anna,
Have you ever tried Kenzoki products. I also have very sensitive skin and not a big fan of parfum in skin products. I have been using creme qui fait belle for years now. So soft tender cuddly for you skin and leaves a lovely glow. And the skin still breathe and improves a lot on a short term. Sensitive bare body cream is also my favourite, you get a huge jar but its like magic sensation to you body. Anyways, i am addicted to these products. While before that i never used one type of product more than one. I don't know if those are available in uk. Would be cool if you like it too.

  18. Hi Anna! I am not sure the best way to ask you questions because I don't have twitter, facebook, or instagram! I was wondering though what sunscreen do you use for your face? I know most of your foundations have an SPF in them and mine do too but I am going on a summer vacation soon and I don't want to wear any makeup during the day while I am at the pool or beach. I just wondered if you have found a good sunscreen that does not cause break outs and feels good on your skin?? Would love to hear if you have any tips on sunscreen + skincare:) Thank you! I have been really enjoying all the new uploads and have been trying to like them all to encourage more of them!
