We only use KerryGold butter here too! I've found a trick to extend the life of your organic berries. Soak them in water with a drop of lemon essential oil (make sure it is one you can ingest. Not all essential oil companies carry them.) Then drain on a paper towel and store in the refrigerator. I ended up with berries drying out before they go bad.

I have made it before on a vlog...couldn't tell you which one though! But I've pretty much shown the process from start to finish. It's not hard...coconut cream, onions, leeks, curry powder, red peppers and prawns over brown rice :)
