I had 4 babies in 5 years (my youngest is 5 months) and have been having some sciatica pains, it feels better most days if I get the level 2 workout in first thing... but if I try the level 3 it irritates it. Please keep posting videos as the workouts get harder! I'm still doing the 4 workouts you posted years ago!! I know Lucy posts lots but they aren't hard enough for me.
