This is what I wore to my dentist appointment -- I just started a 2 week whitening treatment which involves putting plastic trays filled with gel into your mouth and wearing them at night. I'm hoping to have glow-in-the-dark teeth by my wedding, hahaha - just kidding! I wore them for the first time last night and it felt like there was a ton of plastic in my mouth, plus I feel like I just ingested all of the gel - lol! I felt like I was going to play hockey or something and it's probably not the most attractive sight in the world to wake up to (poor Jonathan!) but I can't wait to see the results! It's a 2 week system but the dentist gave me enough for 3 weeks so I will probably update you guys before I go to Italy and let you know how it went!
