Jofus' Outfit of the Evening!

Day 3 in Sorrento was pretty amazing!  I think it was even hotter than the day before, so we didn't go to the beach till later (Jofus & Erika got a bit burnt yesterday and so did my knees, lol how random?!).  We ate a yummy breakfast of croissants & fruit salad at our hotel solarium before heading out into town for some shopping!  We bought Emilia some super cute wooden letters with animals on them that spell out her name to put on her dresser from the Pinocchio store...aww!  We also stopped by a baby outlet and I found some adorable things but when it came down to it I just couldn't justify spending that much money on a Burberry romper that she would wear for all of about 5 seconds :-/ Even with the discount, I think it's too much!  I think I will stick to Zara & Babygap, ha ha ha ;)

We made the stupid mistake of eating lunch at one of the really touristy bars in a popular part of town today and the food was total rubbish...we won't be going back there again!  We kind of knew it was pretty crappy before going there but were so exhausted from the heat that we succumbed to the pushy waiters...never again will they fool us!!  After lunch we went to the beach and sunbathed till about 5pm.  Jofus bought a snorkel from a toy shop that didn't work and filled up with water, ha ha ha!  But he did manage to do some more underwater vlogging with it so he wasn't too disappointed!

A quick change, nap and yet another maxi dress later we went to an absolutely amazing place for dinner called Parrucchiano which has a "magical garden" with lots of twinkly lights -- it really was like something out of a fairy-tale!  It also offered some of the best food I think we've eaten so far this holiday, Jofus' favourite!  I had yummy scialatielli (home made pasta) which the waiter said I pronounced with a perfect Neapolitan accent...ha ha ha :)  I also ordered the pear & ricotta tart for dessert which was AMAZING!!  The food here is so good, I never want to go home!  Well, okay...I will go home, collect the puppies & come back straight away ;)

Stay Stylish!
