What I Ate Wednesday!


Breakfast 
Porridge with almond  milk 1/2 banana and cinnamon with a black coffee.


Lunch
Spicy chicken wrap with peppers and yoghurt mayo + a black coffee.


Snack
Pink Lady apple & Alpen apple & sultana bar


Dinner
Sweet & sour chicken with extra pineapple, Asian stir fry veggies and brown rice.


Dessert
Nescafe Cappuccino & some custard cream biscuits.

  2. You got a healthy diet it's so inspiring. I am 33 weeks pregnant and eating too much sweets. Will try to eat something similar. :D.
