Shorter Hair & 29 Weeks Pregnant

I recently had a bit of a chop and took my hair up to about mid-length! I'm not quite ready to do shoulder length yet but I think this is a happy medium...literally! I also got the thinning scissors through it which is something I always do as my hair is so thick and can get very heavy if I don't do this! We didn't touch the colour this time (I get balayage done) and my hairdresser Alex styled it using a GHD. I wish I could get my curls to look this good when I do them myself! I'm always so sad when I have to wash out all of her amazing work!

This is actually a different outfit to the one I wore in today's video as that one was nothing new that you hadn't already seen on here whereas this featured some new pieces. Details are below!

  2. Anna, your hair looks great! Perfect for the summer. <3

I got the Nume curling wand that you use too but noticed that it causes breakage, especially splitting hairs in the middle, not just on the ends. Have you noticed this too on your hair? How do you use your wand twice a week without this happening?

    1. Thank you so much! I'm sorry to hear that - I've never had that happen to me! :( I only use it twice a week in general but whilst on holiday I definitely used it more often. xx

  3. I've thought about buying thinning scissors myself, as my hair is very thick as well. I think I'd be too terrified to try it, although I have loved trying to cut my own hair (often to disastrous effect...)

Great job posting while on vacation! I feel sometimes that I'm outgrowing the SacconeJolys as an increasingly kid-centered YouTube channel, but I still love your personal channel and this blog, even though I'm not pregnant and have no plans to be any time soon. ^_^

  6. Hiya Anna.
    Who's your hairstylist.
Id love to try her, been doing my hair for years (not such a good job...)
Find it hard to trust someone to do my hair.
    Thank you.
