Postpartum Workout #3


Here is the last video in our Postpartum Workout Series! This one is quite a bit more challenging than #1 and #2 so I definitely recommend easing your way into it if you are a beginner! Having said that if you are not postpartum and just wanting a new 7 minute effective HIIT workout routine this one could also be for you! Anyone can do it, whether you are post baby or not...what's important to note is that it is safe for new mums. 


And no I don't normally do my workouts outside in the freezing cold...barefoot, hahaha! These just made for some good pictures ;) Here are some of the moves from the workout Lucy gave me! It lasts 7 minutes, you do each move for 1 minute and I typically repeat the workout another 2 times which gives me a pretty intense 21 minute routine.

  2. Haha, I laughed when you wrote that you don't workout in the freezing cold outside. Being from Canada, I'm buried under a blanket or ice and snow right now so was thinking that it actually looked really nice out! Can't wait to try this workout - indoors ;)

  3. Ive been following all of the workouts you post and they're the only workouts I enjoy and are a perfect legnth. Please keep posting videos as the workouts get harder! I'm still doing the 4 workouts you posted years ago!! I know Lucy posts lots but they aren't hard enough for me. Keep going I cant believe you do these 5 days a week - I'm lucky if I workout 3 times a week. Xx

    1. There's a link to the video and her YouTube channel at the bottom of the post :) its the picture of her holding her leg and smiling with Lucy sitting next to her. you should be able to just click the red play button and it'll take you right to it. Hope this helps!

  7. Such a huge inspiration. I’m 5 weeks postpartum with baby number two and could never find the time to work out - as much as i’d love to in the future. Baby is clingy, add a 7 year old with autism into the mix and this mummy doesn’t hardly move off the sofa �� it’s all good, i’ll live my fantasy’s through you. You’re one super mummy Anna �� Xxx

  10. About how many weeks did you spend on each exercise level? I had 4 babies in 5 years (my youngest is 5 months) and have been having some sciatica pains, it feels better most days if I get the level 2 workout in first thing... but if I try the level 3 it irritates it.
